Acceptance of terms
By using this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site, place an order, or reserve a class.
Products and classes
We aim to describe products, digital goods, and class sessions accurately. Images, descriptions, schedules, and availability may change. Items shown on this sample storefront may not be available for purchase.
Orders and bookings
Adding an item to your cart does not confirm an order or class reservation. An order or booking is accepted only when Stormz confirms it directly. We may reject or cancel requests when an item or session is unavailable or information is incorrect.
Pricing and payment
Displayed prices are samples unless stated otherwise. This site does not currently process live payments. Before taking payment, Stormz will provide final pricing, applicable taxes or fees, and supported payment methods.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms will be provided when an order or class reservation is confirmed. Until a final policy is published, contact Stormz before purchasing or booking to confirm the terms that apply.
Class participation
Martial arts and physical training involve risk of injury. Participate only if you are medically able, follow instructor guidance, and disclose relevant conditions before class. A separate liability waiver may be required before participation.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, text, images, and product materials belong to Stormz or their respective owners. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially reuse them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stormz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
